In a fresh setback to the BRS, Telangana Legislative Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar on Wednesday, dismissed the disqualification petition filed against Jagtial MLA M Sanjay Kumar. The Speaker ruled that there was no sufficient evidence to establish that the legislator had defected from the BRS to the ruling Congress.
