Indian-origin man sentenced for raping elderly woman in Sydney
A Sydney court has sentenced Amol Vijay Dhumal, a 45-year-old electrician of Indian origin, to five years in prison for sexually assaulting a 75-year-old woman at her home. The incident occurred in 2024 when Dhumal visited the house to fix a power issue. His wife was present in court during the hearing and accepted the verdict.
