A 24-year-old man from Tennessee pleaded guilty to hacking the electronic filing system of US Supreme Court at least 25 times. The accused, Nicholas Moore, accessed the system without authorisation using the stolen credential of an authorised user. He posted screenshots to his Instagram account of his victim’s Supreme Court filing system details, including the victim’s name and other information.
