Late businessman Sunjay Kapur's children are now seeking criminal action against his third wife, Priya Kapur. Alleging that Priya produced a forged will for Sunjay's ₹30,000 crore estate, the siblings approached the Delhi High Court. They claim that on March 21, the day the will is said to have been signed, neither Sunjay nor Priya was present in Gurugram.
