US government filings accessed by NDTV showed that Pakistani officials appealed more than 60 times to the US for halting India's Operation Sindoor. They continued to negotiate a ceasefire through emails, calls, and one-on-one meetings from late April until after Operation Sindoor. Pakistan spent around ₹45 crore on hiring six lobbying firms to gain rapid access to the Trump administration.
