External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said sponsor of terrorism Pakistan is an "exception" to India's Neighbourhood First policy. "Show me...any country which actually pursued the kind of policies that Pakistan has against its neighbour," he said. Referring to terrorist training camps operating freely in Pakistan, Jaishankar noted, "They try to normalise it as though it's their right to do it."
