UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said the US military strike in Venezuela "constitutes a dangerous precedent" and said he is "deeply concerned that the rules of international law haven't been respected". The escalation has "potential worrying implications for the region", a statement issued by his spokesperson said on Saturday. The US captured Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife.
