Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal said that BJP is only 'atmanirbhar' in elections when Election Commission is supporting it. He called out BJP by naming five voters allegedly registered both in West Bengal and Bihar. "On their own, they cannot win, they have to get the assistance of these people," Sibal said, adding that there could be thousands like these.
