A Delhi court on Wednesday convicted Madhya Pradesh Congress MLA Rajendra Bharti and co-accused Raghuvir Sharan Prajapati in a cheating case involving Zila Sahkari Krishi Aur Grahmin Vikas Bank. The court ruled they entered a criminal conspiracy, forged bank documents, and cheated the bank between 1998 and 2011. Bharti's claims of political targeting were dismissed by the court.
