Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann responded to accusations linking him to the blast outside BJP headquarters in Chandigarh. He said he's held responsible for everything that happens in Chandigarh, but when he says it belongs to Punjab, he's deemed a traitor, as it's a Union Territory. "So Bhagwant Mann should stay away from Chandigarh matters. These tricks won't work," he added.
