Dubai-based Solstice Data has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KINFRA) to invest ₹52,600 crore. Under the agreement, around 100 acres of land at KINFRA Industrial Park in Kannur district will be allotted to the company to build an AI-driven data centre. The project will be completed over the next five to seven years.
