Oil prices could hit $150 per barrel if Middle East war continues: Qatar
Qatar expects all Gulf energy producers to shut down exports within weeks if the Middle East war continues, the country's Energy Minister Saad al-Kaabi said. He forecast that crude prices could hit $150/barrel in two-three weeks if ships and tankers were unable to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. Notably, Brent crude futures rose to around $89/barrel on Friday.
