Phonographic Performance Ltd (PPL) India moved Bombay High Court against comedian Kapil Sharma and Netflix India for copyright infringement through unauthorised use of songs on the comedy show. This came after Sharma used the tracks 'Rama Re', 'Subha Hone Na De' and 'M Bole To' in three different episodes of 'The Great Indian Kapil Show'.
