The Udupi City Police on Friday arrested five persons in Yellapur, Uttara Kannada district, in connection with a murderous assault involving a sword near PPC Cross.The accused have been identified as 27-year-old Akshat Pai of Kunjibettu, 25-year-old Sushant of Shivalli, 42-year-old Ramananda Pai of Udupi, 38-year-old Santosh Koraga of Uppoor and 25-year-old Shashank Nayak of Alevoor.
