At least two people were killed and three others were seriously injured after a storage tank containing chemicals exploded in Karnataka's Mandya. The explosion took place while the cap of the tank was being opened with a gas cutter, after which the injured people were rescued and sent to hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case in the incident.
