Celina Jaitly's brother, who is detained in UAE, refuses to speak to her: Govt to HC

Celina Jaitly's brother Major (Retd) Vikrant Kumar Jaitly, who has been detained in UAE since 2024, refuses to interact with her, the MEA told Delhi High Court. This was in response to Celina's plea to establish communication with Vikrant after she alleged her sister-in-law Charul "stonewalled" her from him. The court urged Celina to "work in tandem" with Charul.
