YouTube Music is asking users for a premium subscription to get access to full song lyrics. The change, which comes after months of testing, lets free users view lyrics for up to five songs before hitting a paywall, after which only partial lyrics are visible. This move has sparked user criticism, with many criticising the reduction of previously free features.
