Jan Aushadhi Diwas (Generic Medicine Day) is annually observed on 7th March across India to raise awareness about the affordability and effectiveness of generic medicines and to promote the benefits of the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP) in ensuring access to quality medicines for all.
